Welcome to Maison Lunea. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://shopmaisonlunea.com and purchases made through our store.

Throughout these Terms, “Maison Lunea,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ECOMTARAY LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or joining our VIP membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website
• Upload malicious code or interfere with store security
• Use false or misleading information when placing an order
• Engage in fraudulent purchases, refund abuse, or unauthorized chargebacks
• Purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale
• Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or interfere with our website

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product information

We work to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, ingredients, directions, and prices. Minor variations may occur because of screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing batches, supplier changes, or reasonable product improvements.

Product photographs may include supporting props that are not included with the purchase. The product description and included-items section determine what you will receive.

If a product is materially different from what we advertised, contact us at shopmaisonlunea@outlook.com. We will work with you under our Refund Policy.

3. Pet-care disclaimer

Maison Lunea products are intended for routine pet cleaning, grooming, comfort, and general care unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our products are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our website is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian.

Please:

• Read and follow all product labels, warnings, and directions
• Review ingredients before using a topical or cleaning product
• Test topical products on a small area before broader use
• Keep products away from your pet’s eyes, mouth, ears, and other sensitive areas unless the product directions specifically permit that use
• Keep products out of reach of children and animals when not in use
• Supervise your pet during use where appropriate
• Stop using a product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs
• Contact a veterinarian if you have concerns about your pet’s health or reaction

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for your pet’s species, age, breed, size, health, allergies, sensitivities, and individual needs.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation means that we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may contact you, place an order on hold, or cancel an order if:

• An item is unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• Payment cannot be authorized
• The delivery address appears incomplete or invalid
• We cannot reasonably ship to the destination
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale
• Fulfillment would violate applicable law or carrier restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be shown at checkout when available.

We may change prices or promotions at any time. A change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error occurred.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Maison Lunea does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

6. Maison Lunea VIP membership

The Maison Lunea VIP membership costs $39.95 per month.

By enrolling in the VIP membership, you expressly agree that:

• You will be charged $39.95 when you enroll
• Your membership will renew automatically every month
• Your payment method will be charged $39.95 each month until you cancel
• Applicable taxes may be added where required
• The VIP benefits available to you will be those described on the offer and checkout pages
• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method
• You may cancel future renewals at any time

The VIP membership is optional. You are not required to join in order to make an ordinary purchase unless an offer is expressly identified as VIP-only.

7. VIP renewal authorization

By submitting your payment information and joining Maison Lunea VIP, you authorize ECOMTARAY LLC and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method $39.95 every month on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Your renewal date will generally correspond to the date you originally enrolled, subject to payment-processing timing and calendar variations.

If a payment fails, we may:

• Retry the payment method
• Ask you to update your payment information
• Temporarily pause VIP benefits
• Cancel the membership after reasonable payment attempts

We will not charge late fees merely because a membership payment fails.

8. Canceling Maison Lunea VIP

You may cancel Maison Lunea VIP at any time by:

• Using the subscription or membership controls in your customer account, where available, or
• Emailing shopmaisonlunea@outlook.com

Your cancellation request must include the name and email address associated with the membership.

Canceling stops future renewals. Unless we tell you otherwise, you may continue using already-paid VIP benefits through the end of the current monthly billing period.

There is no cancellation penalty.

To avoid the next monthly charge, submit your cancellation request before your scheduled renewal is processed.

9. VIP renewal refund grace period

If you contact us within 24 hours after a $39.95 renewal charge and the related order or benefit has not entered fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund that renewal.

If an associated order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, the order will be handled under our Refund Policy.

This grace period does not limit any additional rights available under applicable law.

10. Changes to VIP pricing or benefits

We may change future VIP pricing, benefits, product selections, or program features by providing reasonable advance notice where required.

We will not retroactively increase a completed charge.

If the monthly membership price changes from $39.95, the new price will apply only after any notice required by law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

VIP benefits:

• Apply only while the membership is active
• Are intended for reasonable personal-use quantities
• Cannot ordinarily be combined with another discount unless stated otherwise
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be transferred or resold without permission

We may suspend or cancel a membership for fraud, repeated refund abuse, payment disputes, or unauthorized commercial resale. Where practical, we will contact you and offer an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum purchase amounts.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be applied per order
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Free gifts are subject to availability
• Discounts and store credit have no cash value
• Promotional offers may be limited to one per person or household

If a technical error applies an obviously unintended discount, we may contact you before fulfillment and offer the choice of paying the corrected amount or receiving a full cancellation and refund.

12. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. However, we will reasonably assist customers with delayed, lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

13. Intellectual property

The Maison Lunea website and its contents—including our branding, photographs, graphics, written material, product names, packaging designs, videos, and website design—are owned by or licensed to ECOMTARAY LLC.

You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

14. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, video, or other content, you confirm that:

• It reflects your honest experience
• You have the right to share it
• It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading

You grant ECOMTARAY LLC permission to display, reproduce, and promote submitted content in connection with Maison Lunea.

We will not knowingly change the meaning of your review. You may ask us to stop using identifiable customer content by emailing shopmaisonlunea@outlook.com.

15. Third-party services

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party service, but we will assist where the issue concerns an order placed directly with Maison Lunea.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated by us or required under applicable consumer law.

ECOMTARAY LLC is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from:

• Product misuse
• Failure to follow instructions or warnings
• Use of a product that is unsuitable for a pet’s known health condition or allergy
• Unauthorized website access outside our reasonable control
• Carrier delays or events reasonably outside our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of our website, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by Maison Lunea’s own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and will not remove rights already associated with a completed purchase.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal laws of the United States, without preventing customers from relying on mandatory consumer rights available in their place of residence.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly.
